Lucille Cozier – General Manager

Lucille is an experienced manager and will always do her utmost to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Just call or email her or myself and we will endeavour to help and answer any queries you might have – or point you in the right direction, be it booking a trip to the Tobago Cays, hiring a boat or just choosing a restaurant.


As a complimentary service, she will come in and sweep the terrace and then provide a morning daily bedroom and bathroom maid service if you would like her to – before or after your first swim, she can also prepare breakfast for you. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer for her to come in less often so we can let her know. She will come in also and change the linen halfway through your week and again at the end of the week, around every 3 to 4 days. She can also undertake personal laundry.

Mr Browne – Gardener and Handyman

On hand somewhere in the grounds, Mr Browne keeps a keen eye out security-wise and is always eager to help in any way he can.

Chef Service – by arrangement

The chefs we book have an invaluable network of contacts – including the best suppliers of fresh meat, fish and vegetables – some of our clients ask for a chef for lunch or dinner and others prefer to be left to themselves.

 We can send you a Chef and Concierge Service document outlining rates for cooking at Cassava on request by email.
