Crowned by trees, its parking bay has room for four cars and a turning circle and is accessible via a discrete tarmac road.
A private path takes guests directly from the beach through the property’s private hillside garden. Wander down the stone steps for an early swim in the calm sea before breakfast and see above who might greet you.
The main entrance leads through a welcoming hall straight into to an open-plan sitting living room with three sets of large double doors opening out behind the house into a courtyard planted with frangipani and ginger lilies.
In the courtyard toward the hillside, water flows over the edge of a large stone urn into a pool of lilies beneath.
From the courtyard an external staircase leads up to a sun deck with far reaching views of the sea, equipped with loungers for sun worshippers who are after some secluded privacy.

The spacious living room with two cooling fans in the pitched ceiling, seats nine comfortably on one deep sofa (not yet shown) and five chairs. If required more can be drawn in from the sea-facing terrace. A 32 inch television and DVD player supplies local and American cable channels, with both BBC and CNN News channels. There is WiFi throughout.
The brand new fully equipped kitchen leads off to the left of the living room. The kitchen is professional with a breakfast bar and wooden floor. There is a dishwasher, fridge & freezer, deep fat fryer, blender, juicer, cafetiere, and large electric oven with gas hob burners.
A small outdoor terrace (annex) to the kitchen houses a barbecue.
To the left at one end, a carved wooden entrance leads into the dining room with seating for up to 12 guests under a gazebo style roof.
Two centrally placed wooden armchairs give way to soft seating for eight people at the terrace’s other end. This coral stone terrace with its panoramic view sweeping across the ocean from the harbour to Lower Bay, makes it the perfect place to relax with a cool drink and watch the sun set.
Beyond is the master bedroom with its own private ocean facing terrace, large dressing room and shower and bathroom. The four poster bed, now covered in mosquito netting, measures 6ft 6in x 7ft long. All the external doors in the bedrooms are glazed double doors with netted opening louvres in the lower panels to allow for cooling either by ceiling fan or air-conditioning.
The bathroom showing the bath and twin basins, with the shower room with WC, bidet and shower beyond. A large dressing room with cupboards and a sofa is through a sliding door to the right, but also accessible directly from the bedroom.
A spiral staircase in coral stone leads to a hall at a lower level on the hillside with a small fridge for drinks, where two double rooms are situated, each with en suite shower rooms. The beds in these two rooms can be made up either as twin or as king-size beds. Both rooms lead out onto their own private terraces with views of the ocean.
